Our offer is simple – we will login and assess the problem and advise you on further steps that we need to take in order to remediate it.
Our support staff will maintain the confidentiality of your files and data and act within the parameters of the PAIA and POPI laws that govern data privacy.
We also undertake not to provide any of your information to any third party, except where we are lawfully required to do so.
Please take note that we have the right to not have to provide support for any reason.
This includes (but is not limited to) the presence of unlicensed or illegal software on your PC, obscene or pornographic material on your PC or the presence of any material or software that we deem to be unlawful.
Remember, you will still be liable to pay us for our time spent.
We will not be held responsible for any data loss –again, please make sure you have backups of your data beforehand.
Our pre billing assessment may not be completely accurate based on further underlying issues that we are unable to determine during assessment. In such a case we will make known that there will be additional charges to be incurred. We will exercise a fair approach to this and assist with keeping the costs as low as possible.

What will you need for us to provide Remote IT Support?
A stable internet connection (This will help keep the time spent to a minimum)
A machine that logs into the operating system (Windows / Mac) – we are unable to work on machines that cannot get onto the internet.
Passwords on-hand (for you to type if needed) – We do not want to know them, you can put them in when prompted. (You can change them after we have assisted)
Remember we are here to assist you – We understand that there may be some frustration around the issue. Please do not take that frustration out on our staff.
We will login check the unit and assist with remediation – If it is not possible to resolve remotely, then we will direct you to our nearest support center for further diagnosis and remediation. We will pass on a discounted rate in the event of this.
Our aim is to be of value to you and we will do our best to ensure that we give you sound advice, expert assistance and ensure that you are satisfied with the support you receive.
